You may not know this, but it's actually NOT the first time that we had Jollibee here in Kuwait. I remember it opened about 15-16 years ago but also closed down after less than a year (I think).. I'm not sure WHY it closed down but I recall that it wasn't really a big hit because the food tasted NOTHING (in my opinion) like the one we had back in the Philippines.
Anyway, so February 25 marked Jollibee's "second coming" to Kuwait. Haha!
It was raining that day but it didn't stop anybody from lining up for a taste of every Filipino's favorite fastfood. ;)
By the way, those people aren't there waiting for the store to open. That's actually a reeeeally long line that reached OUTSIDE the store.

We thought it was "smarter" to just go on the second day of opening but here's what we saw when we got there..
It may look like a "shorter" line, but there were still a LOT of people and I honestly thought of giving up. I have ZERO tolerance in waiting in line (na ganyan kahaba!!) for food and I was ready to eat somewhere else but my entire family wanted to be real heroes and fight the good fight, all for the glory of having a Jolly hotdog.
